We have put together a few of our favourite mood setting oils as well as a few simple DIY blends to try at home to create the perfect atmosphere at your next party or dinner.

A FEW OF OUR FAVOURITE MOOD SETTING OILS

Sandalwood: This woody exotic fragrance is calming and inspiring.

Bergamot: Its citrus aroma will liven up any space.

Lemon: Its lovely fragrance clears a troubled mind and elevates the mood.

Eucalyptus: Its purifying fragrance eliminates negativity.

Cinnamon: Energising and encouraging, it helps focus the mind.

Clove: Woody and spicy, a great immune booster.

Orange: Cheerful and uplifting.

Clary Sage: Its herbaceous aroma creates a calm environment.

Grapefruit: Its sweet and tangy aroma boosts energy levels.

Frankincense: Creates a feeling of peace, relaxation and overall wellness.

Geranium: Its flowery, feminine scent is balancing and stabilising.

4 DIY OIL BLENDS TO SET THE MOOD

Spend time with Loved Ones

5 drops patchouli
4 drops sweet orange
3 drops cinnamon
2 drops clove
1 drop ylang ylang

Refresh and Uplift

4 drops lemon
2 drops bergamot
1 drop rosemary

Feeling Renewed

3 drops sandalwood
2 drops eucalyptus

Energetic

3 drops clary sage
3 drops bergamot
1 drop geranium

Relaxed

3 drops clary sage
3 drops ylang ylang

Celebratory

2 drops bergamot
1 drop grapefruit
1 drop blue cypress
2 drops frankincense
3 drops ylang ylang

Simply place these blends in a diffuser with some water and let the aromatic steam work its magic on your guests.
